Heat Exchange Products (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1998, initially specialising in heat transfer applications.

Recognising the growing need to address water quality challenges, the company diversified into providing effective water management solutions to various sectors across Namibia. Over time, HEPWater expanded through the integration of entities such as Valco Pipes in 2019 and Aqua Mechanica (formerly Continental Spares) in 2021.

HEPWater is a proudly 100% Namibian-owned company and has maintained ISO 9001 accreditation for its Quality Management System since 2011. Its multi-skilled teams draw on a wealth of both international and local expertise.
