Heat Exchange Products (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1998, initially specialising in heat transfer applications.

Recognising the growing need to address water quality challenges, the company diversified into providing effective water management solutions to various sectors across Namibia. Over time, HEPWater expanded through the integration of entities such as Valco Pipes in 2019 and Aqua Mechanica (formerly Continental Spares) in 2021.
